Before settling in the UAE, Zita had the enriching experience of living, studying, and practising across various European countries, including Hungary, Finland, Switzerland, and Germany. This diverse background has broadened not only her clinical perspective but also her cultural sensitivity, enabling her to adopt a wide range of clinical methodologies when addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions, providing a safe and supportive environment for her clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
Her practice emphasizes a holistic understanding of mental health, considering the interplay of emotional, behavioural, and cognitive factors. The therapeutic methods applied are Katathym Imaginative Therapy (KIP), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Regression and Dissociation therapy, Ericksonian Hypnosis, and Brief Therapy. She has had the chance to participate in the work of the surgical wards, providing psychological support to somatic patients. Therefore, she can offer help to patients regarding psychosomatic symptoms, anxiety related to medical conditions, operations, and recovery after interventions.
