Dr Maria Ines Viola

Consultant Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Specialist in Reproductive Medicine

Dr Maria was born in Argentina and now lives in Dubai with her husband and two daughters. She studied medicine at the University of Buenos Aires, graduating with distinction in 2001.

Following graduation, she undertook internships in gynaecology and reproductive medicine in Barcelona, Spain, and North Carolina, USA, between 2001 and 2002. In 2003 she began her residency in obstetrics and gynaecology at the Hospital Materno Infantil Ramon Sarda in Buenos Aires, a UNICEF and WHO-accredited hospital managing high-risk obstetric patients and performing 6000–7000 deliveries annually. She qualified as a specialist in obstetrics and gynaecology in 2007.
