Dr Frank Conroy is a UK Board Certified Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive & Cosmetic Surgeon holding the prestigious FRCS(Plast) issued from the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland.  He has trained in the UK, Ireland and North America before starting his practice just outside of London with both a private and NHS practice.  

 

He moved to Dubai 7 years ago and set up the Dept of Plastic Surgery at the American Hospital, becoming the Director of Plastic surgery, Chief of Surgery and Assistant Chief Medical Officer.
