We offer several outpatient procedures to help manage patients with Gastrointestinal conditions such as FibroScan (Liver ‘Transient Elastography’), oesophageal motility studies, hydrogen breath testing and small bowel capsule endoscopy

Gastroenterology relies on endoscopy both in the diagnosis and treatment of Gastrointestinal and biliary diseases. Our team offer expertise in an extensive range of endoscopic procedures, including;

• Diagnostic Gastroscopy
• Therapeutic Gastroscopy including;

o   Endoscopic treatment for Barrett’s oesophagus including non- invasive Radio-frequency ablation as well as minimally invasive endoscopic resection for the prevention and treatment of Oesophageal cancer.

o   Bravo pH capsule monitoring.

o   Third space endoscopic techniques offering non-surgical treatment of Achalasia and Gastroparesis such as POEM and G-POEM respectively.

o   Early Oesophageal and Gastric cancer mucosal resections

o   Anti-reflux endoscopic procedures including TIF, C-TIF and GERDX.

o   Endoscopic weight loss treatments including Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty & Intra-gastric balloon.
