Dr Frank is a UK Board-certified Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeon, holding the prestigious FRCS(Plast) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland. He trained in the UK, Ireland, and North America before beginning his practice just outside London, where he combined private and NHS work.

10 years ago Dr Frank relocated to Dubai and established the Department of Plastic Surgery at the American Hospital. He went on to serve as Director of Plastic Surgery, Chief of Surgery, and Assistant Chief Medical Officer.
