Dr Riza is a highly experienced Consultant Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon who completed his surgical and vascular training in the UK at leading centres, including the Royal Liverpool University and South Manchester University hospitals. Before joining Swift, he worked as a Consultant Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon at Mediclinic Hospitals Group in Dubai. He also held senior roles in the UK’s NHS, most recently serving as Clinical Director of Vascular Services at the Pennine Acute Hospitals in Greater Manchester. In this tertiary vascular unit, he led the development and merger of vascular services across Greater Manchester, including commissioning a state-of-the-art Hybrid OR.

Dr Riza’s primary interests include endovascular aortic, carotid, and venous interventions. He has achieved internationally recognised outcomes in endovascular aortic aneurysm repair, as published in the UK National Vascular Registry.

He provides comprehensive care for venous disorders, including:
