Dr Elysse Anderson is an Australian-trained Osteopath with more than a decade of experience across health, movement, and clinical care. She has a particular focus on structural osteopathy, spinal adjustment techniques, and personalised hands-on treatment for patients of all ages.
Dr Elysse takes a whole-body approach to osteopathic care. She assesses posture, movement, previous injuries, lifestyle, and overall physical function to understand the factors that may contribute to pain, stiffness, restricted movement, or reduced physical performance.
She has a particular interest in supporting athletes and people within the fitness community, as well as women during pregnancy and postpartum recovery, infants, children, and adolescents. She also works with patients who want to improve posture, mobility, movement, and physical resilience.
Dr Elysse began her career in health and fitness in 2014 as a personal trainer, which developed her interest in biomechanics, movement, and human performance. She later completed a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Osteopathy at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia.
Following graduation, Dr Elysse established and led her own multidisciplinary chiropractic and osteopathic practice in Australia. She worked alongside other healthcare professionals and cared for a diverse range of patients, from infants and families to athletes, professionals, and people with complex or longstanding musculoskeletal concerns.
Dr Elysse has continued her professional development with advanced training in paediatric care, pregnancy and postpartum treatment, spinal correction, myofascial dry needling, and cupping therapy.
Dr Elysse provides thorough, individualised care and takes time to understand each patient’s concerns, lifestyle, movement, and goals. She aims to help patients understand their bodies and provides a clear treatment plan designed to address current concerns while supporting long-term mobility, function, and physical wellbeing.
Patients value Dr Elysse for her attentive approach, hands-on expertise, and commitment to personalised care.
